Is George W Bush the worst president in US History?

As the term of George W. Bush winds down, people will begin to look back at the history of this man presidency, at his legacy.
My opinion on the matter is that he will go down in history as the worst president the world has seen lead the United States.
There have been ineffective leaders, and some who had accidental impacts on things, indeed there have been presidents who were nearly criminals, but Bush stands alone as the first to allow us to be attacked, and then allowed himself to be duped into unreasonable action.
This Bush has been so bad he should he has broken several of the international laws which we ourselves have put into effect. Because of trickery, becuase no one can gainsay him in matters of international law, he is the president, he has been able to escape this justice. George W Bush, 43 President of the United States is guilt of crimes against peace, and crimes against humanity. He should be extradited to the international criminal court in the Hague and tried. Humanity demands this.

Bushy is a bad President

I have a question for everyone. What does one need to do to be fired from the Job of President of the United States?
Seriously, if a cashier steals a pack of gum from a store, they get fired, but W goes to war for no good reason and he gets to stick around? How is that right?
He is not that much better than the rest of us. I think he has proven that time and again.
